This website provides an independent, plain-English guide to Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards and a booking service for CSCS card applications and CITB Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) tests. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of CSCS or CITB.

When you book with us we act as a booking and administration agent. We prepare and submit your application or test booking to the relevant scheme provider on your behalf. Cards and test results are issued solely by CSCS and CITB, and we cannot guarantee that any application or test will be approved or passed.

CITB HS&E test bookings are £45 and CSCS card applications are £65. Prices are inclusive of our booking and administration fee. Payment is taken at the time of booking. All prices are in pounds sterling.

You are responsible for making sure the details you give us — name, date of birth, contact details, qualifications and identification — are accurate and complete. We are not liable for a failed, delayed or rejected application caused by incorrect information supplied by you.

You have 14 days from booking to cancel and receive a refund, unless we have already begun providing the service with your consent. Once an application has been submitted or a test slot has been reserved with CITB, the fee is non-refundable. CITB test appointments generally must be changed or cancelled at least 3 working days before the appointment. To request a cancellation, email info@cscscardandtest.co.uk.

If you do not attend your booked test, arrive without valid photo identification, or arrive late, the test provider may refuse entry and no refund will be due. A new booking and fee will be required.

Card information on this site is provided for general guidance only. Scheme rules change; always confirm requirements with the official CSCS and CITB websites before applying.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of work or earnings.

All content on this website is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. CSCS and CITB names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
